We use Organic raw Sea Moss to make our gel. It is made fresh for orders to ship. - We use 8oz 04 16oz Jars - Product needs to be refrigerated - Can be kept 4 to 6 weeks refrigerated or up to a year in a freezer (transfer in a plastic container when frozen) - To be consumed on a daily basis. - We clean the sea moss and the preparation takes a little over 24 hours. Comes out almost tasteless and ready to mix with tea or food, or to eat by the spoon.
